On a plan but videos have disappeared after 30 days.
I started a home plan at the end of October. However, yesterday all of the videos (about 4) that were more than 30 days old disappeared. How has this happened? I thought they were supposed to stay for 180 days if you are on a plan? Since I did not remove them, can they be restored? Thanks.

trial has ended now subscribed
Hello all. Our 30 day trial has ended so i have subbed to the middle package? cant remember what rings calls it. we have lost all previous videos. is this supposed to happen or will they come back on their own at some point? thanks

Spotlight cam battery constantly flashing
Hi all. I have 2 ring spotlight cameras run on battery power with solar panels connected. One is working fine but the other constantly flashes and drains the battery within 2 weeks, then disconnects and is rendered useless. the chat bot on the ring app has run through a whole host of things to

Account Start up problems
After having a Ring alarm system without professional monitoring for 3 years, I decided to sign up for the monitoring. I signed up on the phone, they took my payment and the customer service rep said I would hear back in 48 hours. That was on February 17th. It's now the 23rd.
