On a plan but videos have disappeared after 30 days.
I started a home plan at the end of October. However, yesterday all of the videos (about 4) that were more than 30 days old disappeared. How has this happened? I thought they were supposed to stay for 180 days if you are on a plan? Since I did not remove them, can they be restored? Thanks.

trial has ended now subscribed
Hello all. Our 30 day trial has ended so i have subbed to the middle package? cant remember what rings calls it. we have lost all previous videos. is this supposed to happen or will they come back on their own at some point? thanks
