Upgrading an annual plan

At the end of the upgrade sequence through the website it appears to want to take a full annual payment but we are part way through a year when the previous annual payment has already been taken. How does this work?

Hi @user_260c93. When you upgrade your plan, you are charged the full price of the new plan. The unused time from your original plan is automatically calculated and refunded to your original payment method as a prorated amount.
