Replacement under warranty
Ring doorbell was replaced under warranty. I had paid solo subscription for 12 months on original device. I want to now transfer that subscription to my new device.

On a plan but videos have disappeared after 30 days.
I started a home plan at the end of October. However, yesterday all of the videos (about 4) that were more than 30 days old disappeared. How has this happened? I thought they were supposed to stay for 180 days if you are on a plan? Since I did not remove them, can they be restored? Thanks.

trial has ended now subscribed
Hello all. Our 30 day trial has ended so i have subbed to the middle package? cant remember what rings calls it. we have lost all previous videos. is this supposed to happen or will they come back on their own at some point? thanks

UK New AI Pro Plan does not include 24/7 recording?
Hi, it looks like “AI Pro” has replaced the “Premium” plan in the UK. The new plan seems to have added AI features under a group called “Alexa Guard” but dropped 24/7 recording !? 24/7 is now only available as an extra add on per cam?? Note “Alexa Guard” is not available in the UK, and this
