On a plan but videos have disappeared after 30 days.

I started a home plan at the end of October. However, yesterday all of the videos (about 4) that were more than 30 days old disappeared. How has this happened? I thought they were supposed to stay for 180 days if you are on a plan? Since I did not remove them, can they be restored?  Thanks.

Hello all.  Our 30 day trial has ended so i have subbed to the middle package? cant remember what rings calls it. we have lost all previous videos. is this supposed to happen or will they come back on their own at some point? thanks

Unable to access event history despite signing up to Ring Solo plan

I signed up to a Ring Solo plan on 1st February but the features that are included are not working. For example, I can't see my event history and the smart alerts is greyed out as it says my subscription plan has ended and I need to subscribe. Please can someone help me?

I’ve rung ring twice to subscribe to the £4-99 monthly , it won’t accept my bank cards,they say bank has refused it. Absolutely ridiculous,bank has said no problem with my card. So I’ve been given another free trail period, this is not the answer.  It needs sorting not excuses for such a large
