Replacement under warranty
Ring doorbell was replaced under warranty. I had paid solo subscription for 12 months on original device. I want to now transfer that subscription to my new device.

No cover of stolen camera
In your conditions you write that you will cover a stolen camera without any costs but now you say no without an explanation? must i really replace all my camera and my Security plan due to this?

Ring Alarm Calls only works with Alarm or Medical Panic Button and not Fire

Floodlight Cam Wired Pro 2nd Gen Ambient Light
Being old and ancient, I need as much light as possible. I have searched the settings for the floodlight cam pro newest gen,but cannot find how to adjust the floodlight ambient light setting. Ideally I would like the motion sensor to turn on the floodlight at twilight. At the moment it is quite dark
