Alexa+ Greetings does not work on 4k 3rd Gen doorbell
Just setup the 3rd Generation ring doorbell pro 4k and the Alexa+ Greetings does not work. I have the setting enabled in the ring app and linked to the Alexa app. I have also, disconnected and reconnected the settings. Ring alarm additional keypad
Hi, I want to add a 2nd keypad (frint/back doors). Once added, does it utilise the existing entry code or must it be set up? I obviously want the same code for both doors. Thanks

Indoor Cam 2nd Gen - After 1 month working, wifi no longer connects
I've had an indoor 2nd gen cam setup and working since 3rd May 2026. Today 13th June 2026, the app notified me that the camera is offline. Several attempts of reset and re-connect to wifi have all failed. The wifi network is working as expected for all other connected appliances and apps. The setu

Lost Authenticator in my old account
I haven't used my Ring Camera and account since 2023, and am trying to log on to start using it again. But back in 2022-2023 there must hav been set up an authenticator code, which I cannot figure out where I will get. I use Microsoft Auth. but there is nothing there connectec to Ring. I probably
