On a plan but videos have disappeared after 30 days.
I started a home plan at the end of October. However, yesterday all of the videos (about 4) that were more than 30 days old disappeared. How has this happened? I thought they were supposed to stay for 180 days if you are on a plan? Since I did not remove them, can they be restored? Thanks.

trial has ended now subscribed
Hello all. Our 30 day trial has ended so i have subbed to the middle package? cant remember what rings calls it. we have lost all previous videos. is this supposed to happen or will they come back on their own at some point? thanks

Floodlight pro Light
Hi, I have the floodlight pro ring camera and the lights keep coming on after cars driving past. I have motion detection set up for night time but I have reduced the sensitivity to minimum and even tried changing the motion zones for the lights and angling the lights downwards more but nothing is he

DPD LABEL NEEDED
ANY OTHER WAY OF GETTING A DPD LABEL AS IM IN THE UK? IVE SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICES LOADS OF TIMES AND THEY CONTINUE TO SEND ME A UPS LABEL WHEN IM IN THE UK AND NOT THE US.

I've been back and forth with customer service via the app & via 'X'. They've sent me a new camera as my last one was faulty, I've received this and fully installed it, its fully working which is great. BUT!!!!!!!!!!! These customer service employees keep sending me a return label to return m
