Terrible service
The ring theft guarantee is not upheld. I reported my device stolen, filed a report, have the receipt but have been given the run around non stop. Now they are telling me it is because it is out of warranty. The website clearly states If your Ring Security Camera or Video Doorbell product is stolen

Regret using this security system over others

AI Description improvements
I love the new ability to have AI descriptions added to notifications and video clips but feel that having the ability to correct a description would help the AI to learn and improve. For example it keeps referring to cats as dog, this morning it actually called one a German shepherd. As an addition

Very poor quality plastics - Not fit for purpose
As you can clearly see the plastics on the door bell have become brittle, cracking on the body itself and the button has degraded and has split open. I this is due to poor quality plastics used, most likely damaged by UV. This is shocking or a door bell that is just a few years old. Im in the UK
