Device permanently showing offline yet connected to wifi with good signal strength, despite all suggested factory resets etc
Got a Ring Doorbell (Gen 2, battery) that suddenly went 'offline' one day (6th March), and hasn't been back online since. It's definitely still connected to wifi, as I can see battery level health alerts, and I can see it registering on my router. I've gone through all troubleshooting -

Stared recordings are being deleted
I have a paid subscription. I hit the star on some recordings but I’ve gone back and only is saving 5 after that it deletes them?! What is the purpose of having a star to make sure it’s not deleted for the system to just delete it with no warning?

Second faulty door bell each this happens and now sent replacement to wrong address without over 3 weeks

Spotlight Battery Cam
Have charged both batteries & will not now reconnect to wi fi. Have tried all the helps & tips to no avail. Phone app tells me that only 1 battery is in place, while laptop tells me there are 2. Basically, cannot reconnect camera.

Missing Ring delivery, 2nd attempt by DPD sent back to Ring and now I've had radio silence from Ring.
I ordered a Ring Camera on 15th March. DPD attempted delivery twice due to ill health we missed them. They have now informed us they've sent it back to Ring. I called ring, which was not a free number because i don't have a landline, they said we've had it delivered. We have not received it!&n
