I have a new mobile so when I open the ring app and log into my account it says add a device. When I do this it says it is registered to someone else but that is ne. It works on my Alexa.

Cancel annual subscription
I accidentally bought an annual subscription but was supposed to do monthly, so I went to cancel it but instead cancelling it immediately to get a refund for the rest of the term I cancelled it for the end of the subscription period which is June 27th 2026 how do I cancel I now immediately?
