I have a new mobile so when I open the ring app and log into my account it says add a device. When I do this it says it is registered to someone else but that is ne. It works on my Alexa.

Hi, it would be a great feature to have a 'battery percentage dashboard'.Expected result = Displays all the battery percentages for each connected device in one screen.User experience, removes the need for the user go into each connected device to check the current battery status.

Cancel annual subscription

I accidentally bought an annual subscription but was supposed to do monthly, so I went to cancel it but instead cancelling it immediately to get a refund for the rest of the term I cancelled it for the end of the subscription period which is June 27th 2026 how do I cancel I now immediately? Last month or so my Driveway cam records 30 minutes when person detected.  I have gone in and checked the video settings,  rebooted wi-fi and turned the device off for 10 seconds and turned it back on, but to no avail.
