Doorbell not working on new mobile
I have a new mobile so when I open the ring app and log into my account it says add a device. When I do this it says it is registered to someone else but that is ne. It works on my Alexa.

I have the same issue. This is extremely frustrating. This has rendered my ring doorbell useless! Very poor!!

CHi @user_c6d65f. As Tom mentioned in his previous reply, please ensure you are logged into the correct Ring account. If you log into the same Ring account you used to set your Ring doorbell up, you should see it on your new phone. Hi @user_c6263e. I would ensure that you are logging in to the Ring app with the same email and password that you used to set up the device initially. It's possible that a family member was logged in when setting up a device, or maybe an older email. You can also check to make sure you are on the correct Location by tapping the address at the top of the Dashboard in the Ring app. I hope this helps.
