Ring alarm additional keypad

Hi, I want to add a 2nd keypad (frint/back doors). Once added, does it utilise the existing entry code or must it be set up? I obviously want the same code for both doors. Thanks

Open Door Arming loses configuration

I use 2 doors to enter/exit house. I set "Open Door Arming" on both and it works. After some days, it stops working and I have to enable the setting on each door contact again. Is anyone else seeing this happen?

Ring stuck on Blue light

Hey, my ring alarm station went offline and is now stuck on the blue light not wanting to connect to wlan. The green light at the back is not turning on although the internet is working. Also the soft reset by pressing the button at the back one second or unplugging didn’t help. please help me.

Ring Alarm sensor 2gen remains closed even the window is open

I have a wierd issue with one of the sensors. Battery shows full. The sensor basically shows as closed even if the window is open. If I press the bottom then it goes back to open when the window is open, then I close the window and it doesn't work anymore. Still the same if I repeat with the butttom
