I have a Premium subscription for my ring alarm.When i tried call the support they asked for a code there should be in the controle panel. Replacement part for back of Spotlight Camera Pro

The back section of my spotlight camera broke when moving house however I cant see how i would replace it or make it useable again. Is there anything i can do or buy to make it be able to be secured to an outdoor wall again?

I just had an incredibly frustrating "conversation" with the AI chasing up a Canadaian warranty claim that has been going on for 6 years now. I just want to email somebody at Ring. I can't use the phone, so it has to be email or a letter.  Why is this so insanely hard?
