I have a Premium subscription for my ring alarm.When i tried call the support they asked for a code there should be in the controle panel. Ring Doorbell phantom rings

Dad passed in June I am a guest on his ring app ! I’m going to move into the family home and want to make it secure there are more than a dozen ring add ons I have logged onto his ring account and un registered the base from his account ! It still won’t let me have ownership and I can’t put it back
