outdoor cam online; no live view
i have a new outdoor cam plus and having issues with the live view and video.the preview keeps timing out and motion recorded video just shows one frame.rss -53 and closer than the other ring cams on same network.this cam is 100% power with solar.reset multiple times. only had live preview work once

Router blocks camera suspicious attemps to communicate with various ip addresses
My nighthawk Router blocks ring stick-up cams attemps to contact various ip addresses and alerts them as suspicious.18.201.44.1334.245.212.19334.255.8.18118.201.173.20052.214.109.151The router uses Armor security protection and it is only one of my ring devices that makes these attempts to connect.R

Trouble Connecting To Spotlight Cam Pro After Switching To Spectrum Router 7.
After I switched to Router 7 the other Ring devices (doorbell, floodlight, stickup cam, and spotlight cam plus) switched over without issue. Only the Spotlight Cam Pro cameras aren't connecting. Tried restarting router, switching to 2.4 GHZ, changing network name and password to not include special
