Hi I have just installed my ring chime and it set up abslutely fine no issues .But there is only a handful of chimes , I assumed there would be more , I saw online they have Christmas and Halloween etc .mine doesn't have any of those , just normal ones.Does the standard chime not have these? I've do

Panic alarm

I already have have 2 doorbells, 3 external & 2 internal security cameras & a chime and am looking to add 2 panic alarms. Can they just be installed through the app alongside the other devices or is additional equipment necessary? Can they be setup so that they can be separately identified? Thank

Was just on phone for half an hour inquiring re obtaining 3 Grey plastic round mounting plates. There not available separately, only a " kit" with things we do not need. You could not supply the disc Separately, and the kit is not in stock anyway. Extremely dissapointing customer service. I have 15

Ring doorbell plus solar charger

Got a message that the front door camera is at 30% yet I installed a solar charger , which I assumed is supposed to keep the battery charged all the time - had it for 6mths and this is the first time I've had this message  .

4 X Chime 1. gen. has failed

I have 4 Chime that has failed, in two different houses, so no issues with WIFI, they suddenly stop working. I have tried reset, and hard reset, with no luck. Does Ring have some solution, for this ?
