Ring solor connection

Installed a ring solor to my ring camera. It is showing not connected. I have two batteries installed. One is showing 100% the other 34%. Is this normal? Do I need to take one battery out. Thanks

Hi @user_389b8f. Which model of Ring camera is this? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Can you please also clarify which Ring Solar Panel you purchased? There are a few different ones, and it's important that the one you selected is compatible with your camera model. Additionally, the panel requires several hours of direct sunlight per day in order to provide a trickle charge to the battery.
