Alexa+ Greetings does not work on 4k 3rd Gen doorbell
Just setup the 3rd Generation ring doorbell pro 4k and the Alexa+ Greetings does not work. I have the setting enabled in the ring app and linked to the Alexa app. I have also, disconnected and reconnected the settings. No drill mount for Battery Doorbell Pro (2nd gen)
I bought this bell and bracket a few weeks ago (compatibility confirmed by both Ring and Amazon) Maybe I'm stupid, but I just can't see that this is right for the bell. The bracket is way too narrow for the mount, and the screw holes don't line up anyhow What's gone wrong?
