Chime and Front Door Bell not working after Ring HQ was hacked
Performed all troubleshooting and it is useless. Spotlight Cam came back on but Chime and Front Door Cam/Bell will not comeback online. Video storage
I thought my device stored videos for 180 days but it's only 30 and I desperately need to see a video from the 10th July 2025. Surely there must be a way I can do this. Plus when i go to change the length now, even though it's too late, it won't let me. I'm in the UK.

Tinny crackling sound instead of audio on ring doorbell 2024 release
My doorbell has stopped allowing audio - all I get is a high pitched cracking/distorted noise. It’s only a few months old. Tried rebooting, factory reset, different areas including right next to the Wi-Fi hub but no avail. No audio on recordings or live, just the crackling tinny squeal of doom. it

Poor Motion Detection
We have milk delivered to our front door but the camera does not pick up the milkman walking up our path. However, it will pick up motion of someone walking across our driveway further away. It has only pick up the delivery once in the past 3 months (two deliveries per week). Any suggestions ? As

Doorbell won’t reset
Since I got my backyard ring light my front doorbell will not work. Tried to reset by pressing the button, nothing. The battery is charged.
