Stared recordings are being deleted
I have a paid subscription. I hit the star on some recordings but I’ve gone back and only is saving 5 after that it deletes them?! What is the purpose of having a star to make sure it’s not deleted for the system to just delete it with no warning?

In your conditions you write that you will cover a stolen camera without any costs but now you say no without an explanation? must i really replace all my camera and my Security plan due to this?

Undelivered Goods
I ordered & paid for Ring goods from Ring Europe a month ago. Are they running some sort of a scam. Money taken, no goods delivered and refusing a refund. Totally unhelpful customer service (nothing personal), just refusing to provide any help in resolving the matter. Think carefully, and check
