I have a paid subscription. I hit the star on some recordings but I’ve gone back and only is saving 5 after that it deletes them?! What is the purpose of having a star to make sure it’s not deleted for the system to just delete it with no warning?

Hi @user_eb837a. Tapping the star icon to favorite a recording does not prevent it from being deleted. Once a video is deleted either manually, or because the video storage time has run out, it cannot be recovered. If you need to save a video for longer than the selected video storage time, I would recommend downloading it to your phone or computer.
