Open Door Arming loses configuration
I use 2 doors to enter/exit house. I set "Open Door Arming" on both and it works. After some days, it stops working and I have to enable the setting on each door contact again. Is anyone else seeing this happen?

Ring alarm app not working
I have a Premium subscription for my ring alarm.When i tried call the support they asked for a code there should be in the controle panel. The funny thing was i am unable to access anything in my alarm. Anyone else with the same issue and have anyone found a solution. There was 0% help from ring sup

Alarm Calls With Multi Plan
I'm a new Ring user. I purchased the Ring Multi Plan for my Ring Alarm. The website says that Ring Multi includes Alarm Calls (See link below). However, when I went into the Settings and tapped "Monitoring", it did NOT show Alarm Calls, only "Flood and Freeze Alerts". Did something change? Do I have
