Open Door Arming loses configuration
I use 2 doors to enter/exit house. I set "Open Door Arming" on both and it works. After some days, it stops working and I have to enable the setting on each door contact again. Is anyone else seeing this happen?

Ring alarm app not working
I have a Premium subscription for my ring alarm.When i tried call the support they asked for a code there should be in the controle panel. The funny thing was i am unable to access anything in my alarm. Anyone else with the same issue and have anyone found a solution. There was 0% help from ring sup

Charging
I’ll try again to charge the doorbell if it doesn’t work how do I get a refund? It isn’t even a week old!!!!! I’ve reset it, twice and my WiFi and charging cables are all working fine. This is obviously a manufacturing problem

I just bought another device and I want to add a basic plan to it but I only get a click able option for standard and the other one. Anyone else with that problem?
