Base station lost WiFi and won't reconnect
When I started installing my Ring alarm, the base station connected to the app and to our WiFi. I had to pause the installation for a while and now the base station has the WiFi LED on orange. I reconnected it to the app but it still doesn't see a WiFi network, even if I manually enter the SSID and

Ring alarm additional keypad
Hi, I want to add a 2nd keypad (frint/back doors). Once added, does it utilise the existing entry code or must it be set up? I obviously want the same code for both doors. Thanks

Open Door Arming loses configuration
I use 2 doors to enter/exit house. I set "Open Door Arming" on both and it works. After some days, it stops working and I have to enable the setting on each door contact again. Is anyone else seeing this happen?

Chime - Steady Green Light
My Ring Chime (2nd Ge ) was working normally but suddenly went offline. It now stays solid green indefinitely. I've tried multiple power sockets and held the setup button for 15–20 seconds, but it won't enter setup mode and the Ring app cannot find it.
