so I bought some items from an estate sale obviously the previous owners have passed.. so I got a receipt 🧾 and when I went to call and chat with ring they refused to honer the recipet and continued to act like I'm stupid and don't understand there protocol so very disrespectful to say the least

I understand that footage is "deleted" after 180 days max. While I have my storage set to 180 days, I am now in a lawsuit, and I require my video footage from specific dates (some only a few days past the 180 limit) as evidence supporting my case. Is there any way customer support can help retrieve

Hi I am using Iphone 15 v26.5.2, when I try downloading my Ring videos I get the ‘download in progress’ message but nothing else happens and the videos don’t download. I have tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache etc with no luck. I can download directly from the website. This used to work b
