Please add on a feature for the doorbell to chime through the ring alarm base! It makes a lot of sense and would be nice to be rewarded for being loyal to one system! Thanks.

I have a Ring Security system and doorbell. Why can't the security base station also be the chime for the doorbell? The base station is capable of making chime and other noises, let it also be the doorbell chime. It's absolutely rediculous that I would need to purchase another Ring noisemaker.

I've had a ring doorbell for about a year, and just purchased the full security system - I thought it was a given that the doorbell chime would come through the base. Amazed that they haven't done this, it seems like it would be a very quick programming change. I've spent hundreds of $$ on this system, it's offputting that I need to spend yet more money to buy a Chime, when my base has a loud speaker in it already.

UNRELIABLE MONITORING SERVICE

The hardware it self it’s great and it works as it should. The Alarm monitoring service though not so much. Due to a misaligned door sensor, the burglary alarm went off. The system was armed and there was no one home. I was supposed to receive a phone call from monitoring centre as per the Ring Serv

motion-settings

i have just bought a ring alarm system and installed the first indoor camera. I don't need to be told about people movement unless I am away, in which case I will set the alarm accordingly. Can I suppress motion notifications but re-activate them when the alarm is on?

Our base alarm is less than a year old. Yesterday, we noticed the blue light on top was out and that we weren’t getting any alerts when doors open or close. checked the wall plug, it was fine. Did a reset, nothing. Unplugged, waited 30 minutes, plugged back in and we briefly saw an orange light cove

Why is Ring discontinuing the BEST part of Ring - Leak Detection!

why are the big brains at Ring dumping their water leak detector pucks that I have under every sink, toilet, dishwasher, fridge etc. this is the best unknown part of the Ring Security system, it doubles as a water detection system. home insurance gives a discount for this as well.
