Floodlight Cameras Motion Activated Lights
Ok, so my floodlight camera is acting up. When the dome underneath it detects motion the dome flashes a few times but the lights won't come on. I've chatted with two agents who tell me in one comment that the lights don't work if the camera doesn't detect motion. In the next statement they say the

I just had 2 floodlight wired devices installed and I am unable to get either one of them to connect to the Ring bridge. I have tried removing the bridge from the app and resetting the bridge, moving the bridge close to the devices, standing close to the devices with my phone, rebooting my phone. E

PathLight I have had them a couple of years,

Mailbox Sensor not notifying when low battery
I'm not getting any notifications when my Mailbox Sensor batteries get low or die. I checked my Android app settings and all notifications for the app are allowed. I checked the Ring app and do not see any options to toggle notifications for either the Bridge or the Mailbox Sensor.
