I understand that footage is "deleted" after 180 days max. While I have my storage set to 180 days, I am now in a lawsuit, and I require my video footage from specific dates (some only a few days past the 180 limit) as evidence supporting my case. Is there any way customer support can help retrieve

Seeing a lot of similar posts, and I’m going through the same thing. My camera went from fully working to completely dead (offline, won’t reconnect) with no warning. No notifications from Ring. Just stopped working. What’s worse is the support experience: Forced to repeat the same troubleshooting

i just bought an indoor cam to check on my new dog when i leave the house. but i never imagined everything (or just every time something moves) would be recorded. i find that weird, but also, i have the 30 day trial of the ring service...if there is no way to watch the feed without recording does

so trying to review last nights footage but it's telling me this footage is unavailable i have the basic plan.....does this not record 24/7 or do i need to upgrade? or am i having issues with my camera.....i can see footage before last night and footage this morning when i was out on my deck but not
