Seeing a lot of similar posts, and I’m going through the same thing. My camera went from fully working to completely dead (offline, won’t reconnect) with no warning. No notifications from Ring. Just stopped working. What’s worse is the support experience: Forced to repeat the same troubleshooting

i just bought an indoor cam to check on my new dog when i leave the house. but i never imagined everything (or just every time something moves) would be recorded. i find that weird, but also, i have the 30 day trial of the ring service...if there is no way to watch the feed without recording does

Double charged for my plan

I just called ring to find out why I was double-charged for my annual plan and was told that the AI Plan was for professional monitoring. The rep said that this was included in the annual plan until now. Is this for real?

Add device to existing Ring Multi

I already have a Ring Multi subscription with a doorbell and camera set up on it. A couple of months ago I purchased and set up another device, but can't seem to find any way of adding it to the Multi group! Please advise.
