Ring Pro (2nd generation) broken button

Peephole Camera help please
Hello Ring & Ring community. My dog got ahold of the (inside) cover when I was performing preventive maintenance. Unfortunately my dog chewed up the inside (room side) peephole camera cover and it no longer can protect the battery and inside portion of the camera. How can I obtain a replacement

I have a barcode instead of a QR code
I have a barcode instead of a QR code in the Apple will not let me scan the barcode? I can’t enter manually because I don’t know where the pin is? Can’t even tell what version it is? literally can’t even get past the first step.. somebody please help because I’m starting to feel very defeated!

Ring doorbell stopped detecting motion
The ring doorbell just doesn't detect anything. No settings have been changed, wifi is fine, i can use live view fine. I don't want to see any posts asking about motion settings etc as they have not changed and are all on a they should. I hands reset it etc and nothing.
