I would like to add family member as co-owner so they can add, remove, reset cameras without a time limit (ie pro installer). Would like family to have full access.

Ring app defaults to alarm rather than camera(s) when accessing history from the dashboard.
The ring app on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Android phone recently started this behavior (last few days). I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change. I did a search on the internet and there are a few posts on Reddit complaining about this. If accessing Ring from a web browser, History defaults

Device stopped working
I ordered the Ring Battery Video Doorbell and Chime on the 20.11.2025 from Amazon. The product was working fine and 2 days ago I got a notification that I need to recharge the Video doorbell. I did and returned it on my front door. It was working fine. Today someone tried ringing me and the doorbe

Chime will not reset
My chime stopped working and I have tried to reset but nothing works. Tried multiple outlets, verified outlets work. Green light comes on when plugged in but goes out. But never comes on when holding and releasing reset button. Tried for 5-20 seconds nothing happens. Anything else to try?

Doorbell not working
Doorbell not working, took in house have been charging, light is flashing but not moving, is offline, deleted app and opened new app, plug is warm where lead is plugged in but flashing light not moving, any ideas?
