Mounting plates for Ring Outdoor Cam Plus and Pro
Does the Ring Outdoor Cam Pro use the same mounting plate as the Ring Outdoor Cam Plus? I am thinking of upgrading and would prefer not to drill new holes in the wall.

People be aware that Ring can watch inside of your home. I said that because a neighbor of mine reported their missing dog. And because it was in my neighborhood, some one from Ring posted a picture of me and my wife sitting on my sofa on the family room. and they did this without my authorization,

Solar Panel Not Working
The solar panel that I purchase for my ring spotlight cam back in July 2023 is no longer working. We've changed out the battery twice in the last few weeks, we've clean the terminals and we've wiped down the unit. It no longer charges. I made the purchase on Amazon and I have the Ring Pro plan.

Floodlight cam LEDs dim
Floodlight cam LEDs are dim with maybe half the diodes lighting or flickering... Did an App reset, did a hard reset at the camera, removed the camera and checked connections and voltage with a meter (122 volts) and did another hard reset and the camera performed a software update... I still have t
