Mounting plates for Ring Outdoor Cam Plus and Pro
Does the Ring Outdoor Cam Pro use the same mounting plate as the Ring Outdoor Cam Plus? I am thinking of upgrading and would prefer not to drill new holes in the wall.

People be aware that Ring can watch inside of your home. I said that because a neighbor of mine reported their missing dog. And because it was in my neighborhood, some one from Ring posted a picture of me and my wife sitting on my sofa on the family room. and they did this without my authorization,

Has the solar wall light been discontinued? Ring Chime not working
Ring Chime does not light up or flash when I tried to reset. Tried different plugs. I tried pushing the Push button on the back to hear the sound, nothing. Suggestions for a fix please. I have only had the Chime for about 1 1/2 years.

Ring does not light up but inside chime keeps ringing
Hooked up my new Ring doorbell pro. Installed Pro-kit. Turned power back on. The ring doorbell would not light up, but my inside chime keeps ringing. I can not figure out what I did wrong
