Mounting plates for Ring Outdoor Cam Plus and Pro
Does the Ring Outdoor Cam Pro use the same mounting plate as the Ring Outdoor Cam Plus? I am thinking of upgrading and would prefer not to drill new holes in the wall.

Suspicious connections from Ring Camera
Hi, I need some help. My NETGEAR Orbi keeps blocking a “Suspicious Connection” from my Ring camera, and this has been happening for about a week. The cameras are recording without any issues, so I’m not sure what’s causing these alerts or if I should be concerned. Could you please advise what this

Don’t have the 5 digit pin to enter so can’t get online r
Hi. I installed the floodlight pro camera sometime ago. I had to change WiFi and now can not connect the camera again as I do not have 5 digit pin and the camera is 10metres high and not accessible to take down to see if there even is a PIN number visible inside. Changed battery-powered Stick-up Camera to use wired connection, but thinks that it's stopped receiving power
I changed two of my battery-based stick-up cameras to use wired connections, and changed the power management settings accordingly. However, I still get a warning triangle on the dashboard and a "This device stopped receiving power" status. The devices work fine, but the message is really annoying.
