My floodlight camera pro won’t give motion alerts but my doorbell dose
troubleshooting
I’ve had a my ring flood light camera pro for about a year when I first got it, it worked great and would give me alerts but recently it has stopped giving me alerts. I’ve tried to alter settings and even put a WIFI extender in thinking it was getting a poor connection but that didn’t work ether.

Ring spotlight cam pro wired missing triggers and not recording
We purchased the NEW Ring spotlight cam pro (wired) and much prefer our old spotlight cam as it would pick up triggers wider and more accurately than this new camera. Is anyone else finding the same issue. The camera does not record triggers in the zone we have set up and we do have the paid subsc
