Ethernet POE connection still requires a Wifi connection ?
Considering the Outdoor Cam Pro (Power over internet) or Outdoor Cam Plus (Power over internet). If the camera is connected to an ethernet cable (providing the POE) does that also mean that the camera connects to my network using the ethernet cable OR does the camera still connect to my network via

Do the new Outdoor Cam Plus POE actually get connectivity via Ethernet OR ONLY WIFI...........Tech support (entry level) can't answer this
So, I have five of the new Outdoor Cam Plus POE units and I assumed since they are POE I'd get Ethernet connectivity as well as power to them. This is pretty standard with POE devices (IE:Elite Doorbell Camera, Stickup Cam ELite). But after checking the specs closely it says connectivity is only WiF

Motion detection zones have been reduced in size and no longer match live view
I have been able to adjust the motion detection view in the past--Why is the zone reduced in size now? If I want to extend it out past let's say the end of my drive-I cannot do it. The live view is perfect but the detection zone is limited. This is on my Ring Cam spotlight.

Missing Patrs Confirmation
Ordered 3 each Cam Plus Wired and 1 each Doorbell Wired with Chime. Received 3 battery cameras and a wired doorbell without the chime. After calling into support, I was told there is a separate package being sent at some point with the wireing kit and the door chime at a later date.

I need to change the birds eye view setting on my stick up outside cam but getting to it is not easy. Can I do this without scanning the QR code? It is showing live view quite happily (and has been for years) on my android phone my wife's iphone and apple tablet and my desktop PC? Ideall

Bad Ring Spotlight Camera Plus Power Cable
I own 3 Ring Spotlight Camera plus models. Two of them have worked flawlessly for close to a year now.
