Does the Ring Outdoor Cam Pro use the same mounting plate as the Ring Outdoor Cam Plus? I am thinking of upgrading and would prefer not to drill new holes in the wall.

Suspicious connections from Ring Camera

Hi, I need some help. My NETGEAR Orbi keeps blocking a “Suspicious Connection” from my Ring camera, and this has been happening for about a week. The cameras are recording without any issues, so I’m not sure what’s causing these alerts or if I should be concerned. Could you please advise what this

Animal detection

troubleshooting

My backyard camera is not detecting animals, even a large deer. It always detects people but never animals. Motion sensitivity is Max, smart alerts are off. Distance range is only about 15-20 feet. Can’t figure out why it won’t detect animals.

Spotlight camera does not run on both batteries

We have several spotlight cameras, and two of the cams that were running two batteries each. Both have stopped running on the second battery. The app sees the second battery with full charge, but the device says "battery low" when the first battery gets below 30%. I have reseated batteries, swapped

shows disarmed but still armed

troubleshooting

This morning I hit the disarm button to turn off home mode, shows disarmed but is still armed in the home mode. Used the phone and also tried the keypad. Armed and disarmed system in home mode numerous times, rebooted the alarm, reset the alarm. unplugged the keypad. Any suggestions?
