Stick Up Cam - battery model change
I just got a new Stick Up Cam Outdoor (3rd gen) and noticed the quick release battery is slightly different than the one in all of my older Stick Up Cams. They both have a model number of 5AT3S3, with 3.6V, 5690mAh, 21.456wH. Same 5V/800mA micro-USB input. New battery on top, original on the bottom

Can a Outdoor Cam Plus 'battery' unit be plugged in
I purchased an Outdoor Cam Plus w/battery and Solar Panel. The Solor Panel is plugged into the camera with a USB-C connector. Where I am placing the camera will have a power source nearby. Can the Outdoor Cam Plus be charged from the power adapter to USB-C connection? Or can the camera only be ch

does first generation spotlight cam battery not have motion zones and motion detection settings?
i have a first gen spotlight cam battery which misses some deliveries. I wanted to change the motion settings, but apparently this camera has none ??? where is the feature where you can draw the zone on the screen??

Still nothing that makes Geofence work with Modes
How is this still a thing over a year since I have been requesting it on your feature board? It's not a 'feature', it's a very basic basic basic function that is missing. How is there no way to receive a notification when leaving Geofence area, if you have any cameras that are already armed in home

Snapshots not working on Stick Up Cam (3rd Gen) in Trial Mode
Hi, got since two days the Stick Up Cam which was activated with a 30 days trial. Live Feed works as well as Motion Detection etc, but not Snapshots. I just don't see any in my timelime (only live videos + movement detections) Things I did: Moved the Camera close to the Access Point Reboo
