HIstory Removed?
After an AI/google search it appears the Ring INTENTIONALLY removed History from the web/desktop dashboard? This is terrible news. I’m very unhappy that the Event History / Timeline has been removed from the Ring website. I strongly prefer using a computer and do not want to be forced to

Suspicious connections from Ring Camera
Hi, I need some help. My NETGEAR Orbi keeps blocking a “Suspicious Connection” from my Ring camera, and this has been happening for about a week. The cameras are recording without any issues, so I’m not sure what’s causing these alerts or if I should be concerned. Could you please advise what this

Out of focus without ability to control in-focus zone

Flood Light Camera Random Siren - No alert on App/ Terrible Support

Update Will Not Install Spotlight Cam Plus
I noticed my camera was disconnecting from my WiFi. Went through resetting the device several times and it was attempting to install an update. Installation failed. However it did reconnect to the network but kept disconnecting. I have a hunch this update is the culprit. I’ve read other posts
