Halloween notification sounds
Where are the Halloween notification sounds for the app and ring chime already? It’s October!! By time you do an update from the summer ones it will be Christmas. Release them already!! You will end up losing customers over something as simple as that.

Groups or Rooms order visibility
Hello. I see ring when you add switches or any device you are asked for the 'ROOM'. Is there a way to order the ROOM's and execute a turn on or off all together, or order by Groups, and do the same effect? The issue is I have some devices that I need to turn or off at same time and go one by one som

spotlight camera batteries not charging with solar panel
Few months ago I purchased a non ring solar panel which worked great a few months charging my ring batteries. last week it seemed to stop charging the batteries. I purchased a Ring large solar panel a few days ago, all looked good the little battery icons on my ring app showed them charging. howeve
