Halloween notification sounds
Where are the Halloween notification sounds for the app and ring chime already? It’s October!! By time you do an update from the summer ones it will be Christmas. Release them already!! You will end up losing customers over something as simple as that.

Faceplates out of stock

Groups or Rooms order visibility
Hello. I see ring when you add switches or any device you are asked for the 'ROOM'. Is there a way to order the ROOM's and execute a turn on or off all together, or order by Groups, and do the same effect? The issue is I have some devices that I need to turn or off at same time and go one by one som

Camera cover broke
the camera cover broke on my outside flood and now the image is blurry. I taped it back on as I’m worried water will damage the unit. Anyone know if they make a replacement for it? Changed ISP, camera connects OK but chime won't
I changed my internet provider (EE to Sky). Previously my camera and chime had been functioning correctly. I successfully connected the camera to the new router but after 20+ attempts I still can't get the chime to connect. Every time I get the 'Something went wrong' message. I've
