Chime Pro Low Battery Notifications

How long for accessory to ship?
Been waiting 2 weeks and accessory I ordered still has not shipped. is there a way to poke them? The chat which I think is just AI says it can’t check to see when it will ship. looking for maybe an email to ask when it will ship? thanks

Devices Missing Dashboard
All my sensors and extenders dissapeared from the PC dashboard and the App. Everything still triggers events but I cannot check device health on anyof them. Chat bot basically just tells me to reinstall the whole alarm. I changed nothing and thing its an issue on Rings side. Anyone else in the same

2 x Outdoor Cam Plus connected to the Ring solar pannels
I have two cameras and both are connected the same to the Ring solar panel accessory. One camera on Solar Status says "A Ring solar accessory is connected and able to charge this device" and the other says Solare Status "connected" Why is there a difference? Is the one showing "connected" not wo
