Can I use a Ring Chime 2nd gen with my Ring intercom?
I have a ring intercom (only ring device I have) and I want it to make a sound when the intercom is ringing so that’ll can disable the normal buzzer. i see conflicting info online about whether the chime will work with it. Can someone give a definitive answer?

Halloween notification sounds
Where are the Halloween notification sounds for the app and ring chime already? It’s October!! By time you do an update from the summer ones it will be Christmas. Release them already!! You will end up losing customers over something as simple as that.

Faceplates out of stock
Why are practically all of the faceplates for the wired doorbell always out of stock? I’ve been checking in periodically for months now and they are STILL out of stock for about 90% of the color options.

Chime will not reset
My chime stopped working and I have tried to reset but nothing works. Tried multiple outlets, verified outlets work. Green light comes on when plugged in but goes out. But never comes on when holding and releasing reset button. Tried for 5-20 seconds nothing happens. Anything else to try?

Stick up Camera Battery Cover Replacement
I am currently on the phone with support and need a battery cover for my stick-up camera. I have been on the line for 50 minutes. The rep told me it doesn't exist, and I gave them the barcode (842861105025). She then said ohhh, it does exist, but we can not send it to you because your device is out

Doorbell No Longer Working
Absolute garbage equipment. The robot overlord at ring couldn't fix it and no one answered after being on hold forever. I also just purchased a solar charger because it was going dead all of the time. I am out $150 because Ring can't make decent products.
