Just received my Doorbell Cam and the installation instructions mention two auxilliary mounting options: Corner and Wedge. My siding is wood composite lapboard so the surface has a very slight upward tilt if I mounted the unit flush with the face of the siding given the way the lapboard overlaps by design. Is that slight tilt a problem? Do I need a "Wedge" bracket (purchased separately, it sounds like) to counter the angled face of the lapboard? Thanks in advance, -- Moth

Hi @user_5b5cb1. I would suggest installing the Doorbell and verifying that the motion detection functions correctly and that you are satisfied with the field of view. If not, you can always add a wedge kit as needed.
