so I bought some items from an estate sale obviously the previous owners have passed.. so I got a receipt 🧾 and when I went to call and chat with ring they refused to honer the recipet and continued to act like I'm stupid and don't understand there protocol so very disrespectful to say the least

Your response to my 1star AppStore rating was unhelpful at best. Reply to us through Facebook, X, or Instagram?? I don’t use any of those lame apps. Get off your butts and fix the problem. My issue has been reported by many users and you do nothing about it.
