My Ring doorbell won’t go into setup mode. Pressing the orange button once does nothing, and pressing it for more than 20 seconds doesn’t do anything either. The blue light just keeps blinking, and every so often it spins white. That’s all. I don’t hear the setup mode voice prompts.

We had this spotlight for less than a year and all of a sudden it stopped working no video feed at all, I troubleshoot the camera and nothing I disconnected the power and did a factory reset and nothing but in my ring app it states that my camera in online and the health check says that is healthy.
