chime pros not working

Both of my chime pros are not working properly since the outage. Not showing on the Devices. Tried reinstalling device or set up a new device but unsuccessful. All cameras are working. When I go on settings for each cameras, (I have 3)they all show online. On my galaxy 23s cannot see Devices on the

Windows pc ring.com

Up until a couple of weeks ago, when I used ring.com on my pc, it would display the tab History, if both cameras are displayed on the Dashboard.  Then, one day, that option disappeared.  Please bring that back.  It was very convienent to see both displayed together.  I don't know

Starred videos no longer visible 👎
