I can’t sign into the app. Email and password accepted, get the code via text and then verification fails. I can sign in with the same email and password to the website, so I know they’re correct, so what’s wrong with the app?

Upgraded my phone and lost all connectivity
Is there a way to transfer my ring doorbell and two cameras to my new iPhone 16 without having to climb 20' up to remove the faceplate and scan a code on the cameras?

Ive been trying to get spare parts kit for this model as strip was damaged when I removed it during house move. It's been out of stock for almost a year with ring and amazon . Only place they seem to be available are USA on ebay with extortionate shipping. Have they just stopped producing them ?

Smart Responses/ Motion warning that could recognize Familiar Faces?
I love my Ring and the feature of Motion Warning in Smart Responses.... but..... Our front camera is on our porch that we like to hang out on. We often forget its on until we hear "we are being recorded..." and we turn off but often forget to turn it back on. It would be a neat feature that the came

I have multiple zones set for my flood light camera. I think it would be helpful to have the option to customize recordings & smart alerts by zone. For example, if motion is detected in zone 1, recording starts & sends notification for all motion. But is motion is detected in zone 2 starts

Why are we not allowed to make a custom announcement yet? I have 5 ring cameras at my home and beside the front door none have traditional locations. I want one thats says "motion at pool", "motion at hangar", "motion at runway", "motion at lower level" etc. Do better Ring. This is such an easy upd
