I can’t sign into the app. Email and password accepted, get the code via text and then verification fails. I can sign in with the same email and password to the website, so I know they’re correct, so what’s wrong with the app?

Upgraded my phone and lost all connectivity
Is there a way to transfer my ring doorbell and two cameras to my new iPhone 16 without having to climb 20' up to remove the faceplate and scan a code on the cameras?

Ive been trying to get spare parts kit for this model as strip was damaged when I removed it during house move. It's been out of stock for almost a year with ring and amazon . Only place they seem to be available are USA on ebay with extortionate shipping. Have they just stopped producing them ?

Temporarily set up new outdoor cam pro on windowsill and have questions.

I am unable to mount the camera under my 2nd floor eaves until I have help. So I am temporarily setting it up on the mid level of a casement window that is on the side of my front room bay window. I had to cover the blue light, since it is reflecting in the window. Everything is pretty good as is,

I bought my first pair of outdoor battery operated RING stick up cameras and they were delivered June 4/26. Easy install , easy hook up to wifi, easy app. everything worked perfect...for one week. Then one went offline. We went through RING's steps to get reconnected, multiple times with an abundanc

Can’t get back online. I press the reset button and it does nothing. These lights are the only thing that is on. Has anyone had this issue? I I have even cut the power to my house to try to reset and nothing.
