Why Can't We View Security Sensors On The Website Anymore?
I use a Ring security system for my business and have for a year or two successfully monitored its status on my work computer. It was helpful to view the status of various security sensors to know if any doors were left open, the status of the battery, etc. However, about a month ago, the website only started displaying the base station and not any of the security sensors. The mobile app continues to show all devices.
At the time, I contacted support and was told this was a known "issue" that would be resolved. Today, I contacted support to ask the same question and was told the security sensors "never" were visible on the website "ever since Ring started" (lol).
It's valuable to my business to be able to monitor Ring security systems from a computer (which we use for work) rather than apps on personal phones. Does anybody know if the lack of visibility of Ring security system sensors on the website is a bug that will be fixed one day, or an intentional change that will stay moving forward?

Hi @user_f624c6. Correct. A decision was made to remove these from Ring.com. I don't make these decisions, however, I do advocate for the needs and wants of our users. If this is a feature that you found useful, please submit a Feature Request and I will share the data with my team to advocate that this feature be restored. Thank you.

I have the same concerns and complaints. Ring apparently has too many developers employed with nothing better to do than come up with new "projects" that remove previous useful features. "Corporate mission creep" strikes again...
