Missing Events - day and night

During the 30-day free trial, I had tons of events recorded - both day and night. Now I have the Basic Plan and only get a small fraction of recorded events. I adjusted sensitivity to MAX and it made no difference. I have no restricted hours. Do I have to upgrade to get more recorded events?Wired Do

The support bot sent me to this page on Kidde Kidde Smoke + Carbon MO detectors. https://ring.com/support/products/kidde/kidde-smart-smoke-co-alarm?page=1It seems that the model numbers in Canada are numeric, but in the US they are alpha numeric.Does anyone know what Canadian models work with Ring
