I just received an email from ring that indicates my spotlight cam battery will stop working November 15. It also states that I could receive a $200 credit for new devices. Is this legitimate?

Do I need 2 subscriptions for 2 locations

We have added a new Ring camera at a new location. I have the basic subscription for the first location. Can I add the second location to that or do I need to have a separate subscription?Is there a way to merge the two into one subscription? if that is needed, would I get a refund for the subscript

Removing old camera and connecting new one to my account / how many devices does my plan cover?

I just replaced an outdoor camera/sensor light. It shows on the Ring menu under the other devices, but the new camera says it's in a trial period. I’ve been putting up with AI trial messages for the last 30 days all because I purchased a new Ring device. Are you simply trying to aggravate and irritate your customers. If so, you’re succeeding. I already pay for a subscription and don’t need these ridiculous AI features.
