Upgrading from home basic to home standard

Hi, I was subscribed to the home basic plan before but I want to upgrade to home standard since I got a second ring device and therefore want to upgrade to home standard. Since my annual subscription bill was paid a few months ago, will I need to pay the full price for upgrading plans or will it be

Mode status is not available error on app

I just got the base and keypad installed 2 days ago. I see this error on the app today. Up until 2 days ago I had ADT service with zero issues. The app is not the most intuitive and customer services and terrible. Can someone please help me resolve this..?

Getting Billed for Two Separate Accounts

I'm getting billed for 2 separate accounts. I have 2 cameras and pay annually through my bank. I'm also getting billed monthly. When I log into my account it shows me getting billed only annually and doesn't show monthly at all. But the monthly charge comes to my bank. Support says they can't help u

Land location- rural canada

Before i commit to buying the system for a home alarm system - does this work for a rural farm? All i have is a land location. Can someone that isnt in a town with a street address verify this works for them? Bonus if you are in Saskatchewan
