I'm extremely disgusted with the new ring price hike.  I purchased the ring security service for my 81 year old mother to provide another level of security for her since she lives alone and has an emergency medical service but not one for security.  She's had the ring pro at $99+tax since 2019. Ring splitting the pro program to double their profits have priced her OUT of affording the service.  CEO, investors and Jeff Besos, if you want to double your millions and billions in profit why place it on the backs of current and new customers. Why not bill it into your new packages or at least have grandfathered your current customers in and make the monitoring service an additional $20 not at a 100% increase. You deducted from her account and now  I am having to cover even more of her expenses for this month.   I'm immediately in search of a better offer for her as well as seeking a different service for my home which has the doorbell and flood light camera before you rob me for more.  I'd like to speak with someone directly who can move my concerns past customer service.  If you can't no problem, I can move my money elsewhere.   Your every day customers are fighting to balance necessities and you hit them twice as hard regardless of fixed income, loss of employment etc.  Angry is an understatement.
