Mode status is not available error on app

I just got the base and keypad installed 2 days ago. I see this error on the app today. Up until 2 days ago I had ADT service with zero issues. The app is not the most intuitive and customer services and terrible. Can someone please help me resolve this..?

Enrolled in a trial without my consent.

Has anyone else been enrolled in the Ring AI plan? I don't want this and the customer support said they can't opt out. They said there is no charge at the end of the 14 days, and it will go back to my Ring Multi plan, but it makes me mad they did it without my consent. Is there a way to opt out righ
