Enrolled in a trial without my consent.
Has anyone else been enrolled in the Ring AI plan? I don't want this and the customer support said they can't opt out. They said there is no charge at the end of the 14 days, and it will go back to my Ring Multi plan, but it makes me mad they did it without my consent. Is there a way to opt out right now?

Same thing with my account and same story I got through a chat with support, that there is NO WAY to stop/opt-out of the trial. They claim it will expire at end. I also dislike that they turned this on and opted in to analyze my video feed with AI without my consent. I feel their product team is really arrogant how they auto opt-in to features that significantly impact privacy. But they did this with sharing your internet connection via Amazon Sidewalk, then Search Party, and now Ring AI. Pretty disappointing.
