Can I use a Ring Chime 2nd gen with my Ring intercom?
I have a ring intercom (only ring device I have) and I want it to make a sound when the intercom is ringing so that’ll can disable the normal buzzer. i see conflicting info online about whether the chime will work with it. Can someone give a definitive answer?

Halloween notification sounds
Where are the Halloween notification sounds for the app and ring chime already? It’s October!! By time you do an update from the summer ones it will be Christmas. Release them already!! You will end up losing customers over something as simple as that.

Why are practically all of the faceplates for the wired doorbell always out of stock? I’ve been checking in periodically for months now and they are STILL out of stock for about 90% of the color options.

Hello, I have a number of ring battery packs and I am trying to figure out which is the newest, as I recycle out old ones. But unlike tye older packs, there is no date on them anymore. So how do you date the packs?

Mailbox Sensor
Does the mailbox sensor need to be placed on the mailbox door? Because of the location and distance of my mailbox, it probably not work if mounted on door. Siren Tamper Reset
I tested my ring Siren hardwired with Ring adapter (which by the way does not seem to mark the positive and negative spades, could not find the ridge on the positive wire, measured the voltage of course, also you can’t get the spades through the grommet without damaging the gromet a little bit) on t
