Chime Pro Low Battery Notifications

How long for accessory to ship?
Been waiting 2 weeks and accessory I ordered still has not shipped. is there a way to poke them? The chat which I think is just AI says it can’t check to see when it will ship. looking for maybe an email to ask when it will ship? thanks

Devices Missing Dashboard
All my sensors and extenders dissapeared from the PC dashboard and the App. Everything still triggers events but I cannot check device health on anyof them. Chat bot basically just tells me to reinstall the whole alarm. I changed nothing and thing its an issue on Rings side. Anyone else in the same

Flood freeze sensor newest model
So this sensor makes my ring camera think there is a base station. When I hit away made it starts a 118 sec countdown. There is no option to set it to zero. Issues with Using Chime Pro as Wifi Extender

Unable to reach device to hard reset for WiFi connection
I’ve tried to connect to the device which is mounted 3 stories up near my roof to enter an updated WiFi password but the device light doesn’t flash ands there’s no way for me to reach it. How can I reconnect with this device to get it back online?
