Hi, I was subscribed to the home basic plan before but I want to upgrade to home standard since I got a second ring device and therefore want to upgrade to home standard. Mode status is not available error on app

I just got the base and keypad installed 2 days ago. I see this error on the app today. Up until 2 days ago I had ADT service with zero issues. The app is not the most intuitive and customer services and terrible. Can someone please help me resolve this..?
