i just bought an indoor cam to check on my new dog when i leave the house. but i never imagined everything (or just every time something moves) would be recorded. i find that weird, but also, i have the 30 day trial of the ring service...if there is no way to watch the feed without recording does

Double charged for my plan

I just called ring to find out why I was double-charged for my annual plan and was told that the AI Plan was for professional monitoring. The rep said that this was included in the annual plan until now. Is this for real?
