trial has ended now subscribed
Hello all. Our 30 day trial has ended so i have subbed to the middle package? cant remember what rings calls it. we have lost all previous videos. is this supposed to happen or will they come back on their own at some point? thanks

Two homes
My dad just passed away. I need to keep a close eye on his house when I’m not staying there. I already have a Ring plan for my own house and was about to add additional cameras to that plan. Please tell me there’s a way to add an additional camera under this plan at a remote property I own. I really

New camera where’s my acct
I had a ring plan on a single device that I prepaid for a year. I had to get a new camera, but I still have a month of service left that I paid for and I want it. I’m not gonna cancel my own plan and pay for a new one when you still owe me a month of service. I was told that it would carry over auto

App says no basic plan when it was deducted from my account one month ago
I just telephoned Customer Service to explain that my Ring doorbell app states I have no Home Basic Plan when my bank account shows it was deducted from my account 4 weeks ago. The Agent said I should complain to my bank to get the money refunded. I don't understand why as it is a mistak

Paying but not being recognised
Hi I've been paying Subs for a good few years. Doorbell needed replaced finally. Paying monthly subs continued. Deleted old doorbell and added new to my account. Account thinks im not paying so won't give me any history. Should I delete my payment and then set up again?
