Spotlight cam battery constantly flashing
Hi all. I have 2 ring spotlight cameras run on battery power with solar panels connected. One is working fine but the other constantly flashes and drains the battery within 2 weeks, then disconnects and is rendered useless.
the chat bot on the ring app has run through a whole host of things to try none of which have resolved the issue so then suggested I contact the ring community to reach out and find out how to get it resolved under warranty.
any advise would be greatly appreciated, love the ring camera (when working) but if this persists I’m going to be jumping ship to another provider.
