Can I use a Ring Chime 2nd gen with my Ring intercom?
I have a ring intercom (only ring device I have) and I want it to make a sound when the intercom is ringing so that’ll can disable the normal buzzer. i see conflicting info online about whether the chime will work with it. Can someone give a definitive answer?

Halloween notification sounds
Where are the Halloween notification sounds for the app and ring chime already? It’s October!! By time you do an update from the summer ones it will be Christmas. Release them already!! You will end up losing customers over something as simple as that.

Faceplates out of stock

2nd gen Ring Video Doorbell model 5um5e5 hardwired using Ring power cable went offline.
Being ‘hardwired’ it should always have power and the health status in the app said the battery was at 100%. I troubleshot the connection with no luck. My WIFI network had not changed and my other three Ring cameras were working fine. I plugged the doorbell in but got no light indi
