UNRELIABLE MONITORING SERVICE
The hardware it self it’s great and it works as it should. The Alarm monitoring service though not so much. Due to a misaligned door sensor, the burglary alarm went off. The system was armed and there was no one home. I was supposed to receive a phone call from monitoring centre as per the Ring Serv

Camera alerts only when away ?

i have just bought a ring alarm system and installed the first indoor camera. I don't need to be told about people movement unless I am away, in which case I will set the alarm accordingly. Can I suppress motion notifications but re-activate them when the alarm is on?

How do we troubleshoot this? There's nothing better than being jolted out of bed at 1 in the morning because of a motion sensor false alarm. Japanese Lateran Flies

I have two Spotlight Cam Pro security cameras. They are consistently going of because or the Japanese Lateran Flies. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity to prevent the unwanted alarms.
