Would like to return the defective alarm system keypad now that the replacement has been received and installed

The initial replacement  keypad was lost in transit,  the return label that was tied to my receipt of that replacement expired.  A second key pad was then shipped, has been received and installed.  If Ring would like a return of the defective keypad, I would need to have the retu

Entry Delay just Stopped Working

As of 10:06pm cst my entry delay was working just fine but after it just stopped. After 6 phone calls and being hung up on 3 times I’ve given up and started researching other alarm companies. Contact sensors to play sound alert on phone when open

troubleshooting

Gen 2 contact sensor makes base station and keypad play a sound when opened and I get a visual notification on the phone but I need a sound alert on the phone on the same way that cameras play a sound alert when detecting motion.
