The hardware it self it’s great and it works as it should. The Alarm monitoring service though not so much. Due to a misaligned door sensor, the burglary alarm went off. i have just bought a ring alarm system and installed the first indoor camera. I don't need to be told about people movement unless I am away, in which case I will set the alarm accordingly. Can I suppress motion notifications but re-activate them when the alarm is on?

How do we troubleshoot this? There's nothing better than being jolted out of bed at 1 in the morning because of a motion sensor false alarm. This really does not instill much confidence in the system. And what if it falses while I'm at work and I'm in a meeting and don't catch the text/phone call? T

I have two Spotlight Cam Pro security cameras. They are consistently going of because or the Japanese Lateran Flies. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity to prevent the unwanted alarms. I do not want to adjust my zones, because this will leave blind spots in my coverage. Please see 4:38:52 on vi
