How long for accessory to ship?

Been waiting 2 weeks and accessory I ordered still has not shipped. is there a way to poke them? The chat which I think is just AI says it can’t check to see when it will ship. looking for maybe an email to ask when it will ship? thanks

Devices Missing Dashboard
troubleshooting
All my sensors and extenders dissapeared from the PC dashboard and the App. Everything still triggers events but I cannot check device health on anyof them. Chat bot basically just tells me to reinstall the whole alarm. I changed nothing and thing its an issue on Rings side. Anyone else in the same

Misled information on part of order being shipped internationally

Not happy with ring service at all. places an order on the 31st on the uk website. I have confirmation for 3-5 days, 5 days had gone and I had no updates on my order. I get in contact with them to find out part of my order is being shipped internationally. i was not made aware of this when I paced

Solar Not Charging

I have 3 outdoor cams with their own solar panels. 2 say “connected to a Ring solar accessory…” and one only says “connected.” I switched that one to a larger panel and it still just says “connected” and does not appear to be charging. I charged the battery and re-installed it still discharges just
