Ethernet POE connection still requires a Wifi connection ?
Considering the Outdoor Cam Pro (Power over internet) or Outdoor Cam Plus (Power over internet). If the camera is connected to an ethernet cable (providing the POE) does that also mean that the camera connects to my network using the ethernet cable OR does the camera still connect to my network via

Do the new Outdoor Cam Plus POE actually get connectivity via Ethernet OR ONLY WIFI...........Tech support (entry level) can't answer this
So, I have five of the new Outdoor Cam Plus POE units and I assumed since they are POE I'd get Ethernet connectivity as well as power to them. This is pretty standard with POE devices (IE:Elite Doorbell Camera, Stickup Cam ELite). But after checking the specs closely it says connectivity is only WiF

Motion detection zones have been reduced in size and no longer match live view
I have been able to adjust the motion detection view in the past--Why is the zone reduced in size now? If I want to extend it out past let's say the end of my drive-I cannot do it. The live view is perfect but the detection zone is limited. This is on my Ring Cam spotlight.

Received a replacement Ring spotlight cam with battery. Battery fully charged then placed in device. Within minutes battery needs a recharge ( green & orange lights on). Ring app shows device health with 100% charged battery with battery installed and “ without any batteries- What’s Up?

I need to transfer my devices but there are no QR code labels (I removed them)
I have four Spotlight Cam Plus cameras that I purchased in 2024. When I installed them, I removed the QR code stickers as I assumed this would be a security issue if I left them on the outside of the camera in plain view (the QR label did not say "do not remove"). Continuous Live View is GARBAGE
you advertise and make people buy devices and subscriptions falsely advertising it has a "continuous live view" mode. Too bad the "continuous" feed only goes for 10 minutes. Will return the cameras and request a refund for the subscription. Utter garbage, and false advertising nonetheless. Hoping fo
