I have a hard-wired security camera. I have done a reset, cleaned, and it still comes up with a shadow during a recording. Any ideas on what I need to do to fix it or buy another? Thanks
Hi @user_589bf7. Which model of Ring camera is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Does this shadow only appear at night, or during the day as well?
