order cancelled multiple times without any valid reason
i have been trying to place an order since Dec 2025, i have placed 4 orders for the same product and every time can following email stating that my order was cancelled and refund has been issued without giving any logical reason. these are my order numbers:
XXXXXX-10285726011-10298192011-10300117
and this is the email i get all the time:
| Your order was canceled. |
| Sorry it didn't work out. We're just confirming your order was canceled, and your previous payment was refunded. |
