So it’s pretty awful when a parent dies, especially when it’s completely unexpected and you can’t prepare. Beyond grieving there is a LOT of legal stuff to wade through. I’ve had to send death certificates to get into accounts, which was always a process, but I never had any real trouble EXCEPT WITH

Why does Ring ask a question, then have no way for us to answer it? You asked, "Why settle for HD when we can have 4 K?" In a "do not reply" message. Well, I guess HD is High Definition, and 4k is just the file size. It's kind of like a blank disk compared to a real picture.

2 days ago just installed 3 hardwired spotlight cams and they give that error message during snapshot view. I can see luve and I assume it picks up motion. I shut off the power and they started working for a few hours. Now that message is back. Helpppp. The connection is strong.

Can I add a camera to my account at a different location ?

I have the plus plan and have cameras at my cottage in Wisconsin and I added one at my home in Illinois. Will this new camera become part of my existing plan in Wisconsin ? It is on a different network of course
