Ring Pro Doorbell 4K

troubleshooting

Just installed new doorbell and at night there is a purple rainbow at the top left of attached photo. Does not happen during the day and did not have this problem with Ring Pro 2 Doorbell. Will there be an update to fix this?

chime pros not working

Both of my chime pros are not working properly since the outage. Not showing on the Devices. Tried reinstalling device or set up a new device but unsuccessful. All cameras are working. Need Facility for downloading all videos

Need Facility for downloading all videos.  I subscribed to the 180 day plan and need to download video for that time period. Ring really needs to provide a facility for reasonable access to a customer's video. Thanks,
