I have purchased the ring elite cameras. I have the cord already in the ceiling of my home for a few cameras. Am I able to put them in upside down so the cable goes straight into the ceiling? Why do my posts not get approved

Why do none of my posts get approved can someone please message me. I see all kinds of ones but yet any time I post it gets denied. But yet some that asks or states something stupid gets posted.
