Doorbell not working on new mobile
I have a new mobile so when I open the ring app and log into my account it says add a device. When I do this it says it is registered to someone else but that is ne. It works on my Alexa.

Hi, it would be a great feature to have a 'battery percentage dashboard'.Expected result = Displays all the battery percentages for each connected device in one screen.User experience, removes the need for the user go into each connected device to check the current battery status.

Cancel annual subscription
I accidentally bought an annual subscription but was supposed to do monthly, so I went to cancel it but instead cancelling it immediately to get a refund for the rest of the term I cancelled it for the end of the subscription period which is June 27th 2026 how do I cancel I now immediately? Can anyo

latest app update removed a very popular feature thar now causes the inability to view a combined timeline for all cameras at once, extremely annoying, this may have been one of the most used and favorite features

Not receiving notifications
Ring app no longer notifying me of any activity, done all the troubleshooting tips, restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled app. Up until earlier in the week was working

Unable to subscribe ring plan
Hi when I go to subscribe it says 404 on website. When I do it in the app it says the app is experiencing a delay. anyone on support able to assist?
