iOS Widgets Not Working Anymore.
Ok, so I was asked by Ring to come here and post my issue. The issue is… Since the early April iOS app update the iOS widgets don’t work. They won’t let you access any 2K or 4K cameras. I have 9 Ring cameras and when I edit the widget it only gives me an option to add 3 of them (the non-2K/4K o

Doorbell not working on new mobile
I have a new mobile so when I open the ring app and log into my account it says add a device. When I do this it says it is registered to someone else but that is ne. It works on my Alexa.

Picture in picture no longer working

App Issue
It would appear that if you’re iOS is below 17 iOS, then you will not be able to access your account, make changes or contact customer support, although Ring still expect you to pay your annual subscription fee despite the restrictions they have now put in place. Restrictions that basically say… buy
