Chime and Front Door Bell not working after Ring HQ was hacked

Video storage
I thought my device stored videos for 180 days but it's only 30 and I desperately need to see a video from the 10th July 2025. Surely there must be a way I can do this. Plus when i go to change the length now, even though it's too late, it won't let me. I'm in the UK.

Poor Fitting Doorbell
I’ve replaced my new doorbell with the latest version but when fixing the doorbell on the mounting bracket it does not seem to fit correctly on the left hand side bottom corner. There is a gap of a few millimetres. I’ve removed and refixed this numerous times but this makes no difference. There
