Chime and Front Door Bell not working after Ring HQ was hacked
Performed all troubleshooting and it is useless. Spotlight Cam came back on but Chime and Front Door Cam/Bell will not comeback online. Video storage
I thought my device stored videos for 180 days but it's only 30 and I desperately need to see a video from the 10th July 2025. Surely there must be a way I can do this. Plus when i go to change the length now, even though it's too late, it won't let me. I'm in the UK.

Ring doorbell battery version
Charging is always hit & miss. When charger is attached the light goes white instead of blue. Change where it’s plugged in, still white. The orange charger wire gets red hot too( when plugged in to extension socket) now got it plugged in with Apple charger and it’s working. Do I need a new Ring

New Doorbell
Bought one to replace the perished forerunner. I’m being prompted that my trial is coming to an end ? I have an ongoing contact for two cameras, one outside and one inside ? Help please ?
