I have a new mobile so when I open the ring app and log into my account it says add a device. When I do this it says it is registered to someone else but that is ne. It works on my Alexa.

Hi, it would be a great feature to have a 'battery percentage dashboard'.Expected result = Displays all the battery percentages for each connected device in one screen.User experience, removes the need for the user go into each connected device to check the current battery status.

Cancel annual subscription

I accidentally bought an annual subscription but was supposed to do monthly, so I went to cancel it but instead cancelling it immediately to get a refund for the rest of the term I cancelled it for the end of the subscription period which is June 27th 2026 how do I cancel I now immediately? Can anyo

I’ve just recently renewed my subscription plan of £49.99 3 weeks ago , I’ve recently added a camera and now I’m getting messages to inform me the free trial is due to expire and to add on it will cost me £79.99 this seems a little unfair as it would bring the annual amount to near £150 ?

Ring doorbell delayed notification

I have a wired doorbell and when someone rings the bell the chime rings instantly but the phone rings a minute or so later. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but the issue still remains. Before it was working fine on my phone but was delayed on my wife's phone, and now it's the other way round.
