Stared recordings are being deleted
I have a paid subscription. I hit the star on some recordings but I’ve gone back and only is saving 5 after that it deletes them?! What is the purpose of having a star to make sure it’s not deleted for the system to just delete it with no warning?

AWS outage and my CCTV devices
Have enjoyed all the services from my first device since 2017, and recently added a second device (indoor CCTV), but since this morning I have been unable to see the history from the second device. The first still works as before. I have tried contacting RING, the ‘Chat’ sends me round in circles. T

Ring motion detector for garage
Hi Have anyone got their motion detector in a unheated garage? Looking at the website it suggests you shouldn't place one in the garage due to the changes in temperatures. I currently have a wired alarm system and the motion detector in the garage is fine.

Notifications stopped working
I have recently returned from holiday & whilst away the doorbell & camera in the back garden went offline. I managed to get them working again after some faffing about. Current issue is I am not getting any notifications from the doorbell or rear camera. Motions detector is on & notifica

Suggested new AI camera feature
Ring has just added the new AI Familiar Faces feature. I would respectfully suggest a more useful AI Feature would be Unfamiliar faces. USE CASE: My garage contains a significant amount of valuable tools and other items. The garage is occasionally left open and is accessed by delivery services.
