Have enjoyed all the services from my first device since 2017, and recently added a second device (indoor CCTV), but since this morning I have been unable to see the history from the second device. The first still works as before. I have tried contacting RING, the ‘Chat’ sends me round in circles. The phone is constantly on hold. The internet website doesn’t recognise my account log in. What is happening?
