AWS outage and my CCTV devices
Have enjoyed all the services from my first device since 2017, and recently added a second device (indoor CCTV), but since this morning I have been unable to see the history from the second device. The first still works as before. I have tried contacting RING, the ‘Chat’ sends me round in circles. T

Hacked on 28th
Not really a question more a complaint and lack of communication from Ring! I have just found out today (19.XXXXXX) that ring got hacked on the 28th May and I have three device that have been logged into my doorbell and able to see for the last 2 months!! For ring to not even email people warning th

Transfer Ring Doorbell to New Owner
We have moved to a new flat, and we have found that the Ring device (it seems like Video Doorbell Wired) was setup in the front door. The landlord told us that the previous tenant used it, and we are free to use it. However, we have no infromation from the previous Ring Owner. https://www.smarthom

Ring outdoor siren with 2nd gen power adaptor
Bought a new setup and just looking through the setup beforehand. The power supply is meant to indicate the negative with a ridge but mine seems smooth on both. Why couldn't they just use black and white insulation? On a related note, would be far easier if the power supply connected to the siren

So I got two cameras from a friend and she does not have access to her email she used to set up them cameras, I have sent request onswership and have called customer service and they kept saying I needed email. How can I get these cameras to work on my plan?

How long does the battery last before I need to renew
Had our ring doorbell for 3 years. Last month even though it still had a charge, it suddenly died. We re charged and all good until yesterday when at 27% it’s just died again. Tried re charging and the blue circle goes round for about an hour then it just cuts off. Changed power cables and again the
